TBI Bank integration
A custom integration for Shopify stores in Romania, developed in partnership with TBI Bank: checkout payments, lead generation and a merchant dashboard.
We develop and integrate a private, store-specific Shopify app that connects the shopping experience with TBI and the merchant’s workflow.
Checkout payment integration
At checkout, the customer selects TBI Bank as the payment method and is redirected to TBI to provide additional details and complete verification and eligibility checks.
Product page lead generation
On the product page, customers see instalment amounts updated in real time alongside financing details. They enter their name, phone number and email, provide consent and submit the request. The lead is sent to TBI in real time, and the customer is redirected to provide the additional information required for eligibility checks.
Cart page lead generation
Customers can start the same application from the cart. After entering contact details and submitting the request, they are redirected to TBI for verification. Displayed amounts are updated in real time alongside the financing details.
Custom merchant dashboard
Merchants can view applications and their details in a custom dashboard, with statuses such as approved and pending. The integrated CRM includes to-do lists and Follow-up and Followed-up tabs to manage calls and customer follow-ups.
