Do you provide the email content?
Copy and design can be included. We agree who supplies product information, offers and imagery, and who approves each campaign.
Is every automation included?
No. The scope lists the flows, triggers and messages to be delivered. Additional journeys are prioritised around the business and available customer data.
How do you measure success?
We agree measures such as delivery, engagement and attributed orders, while recognising the limitations of tracking and attribution. We do not promise a fixed revenue uplift.
