Can you connect our existing ERP?
We review its documentation, authentication and available interfaces first. API limits, data quality and access determine the approach and scope.
Is stock synchronisation always instant?
Not necessarily. Update frequency depends on the source, available APIs and agreed workflow. We define expected timing and how stale or unavailable information should be handled.
Can designers or vendors sell through our store?
We can build marketplace workflows for submissions, product management and payments. The brief defines vendor access, approval rules, payment responsibilities and the platform connections required.
How do you handle conflicting data?
We agree ownership for each field and record, along with matching rules and exception handling. This avoids two systems repeatedly overwriting one another.
Getting started
Share the systems involved, API documentation if available, example records and the workflow you want to change. Explain exceptions as well as the normal day-to-day process.
