The solution

We moved the store from BigCommerce to Shopify and built it around the brand’s campaigns, with an editorial homepage and mood-led collections. CRO work introduced a limited-time “Exclusively yours” feature with a countdown, and cross-selling on product pages through “Looks beautiful with” recommendations. The store was set up for international customers, and stock is synchronised with the store’s POS.
