Audits & priorities
Review usability, technical health and available data. Turn the findings into an ordered backlog rather than a list of unrelated recommendations.
Genesis Algorithms / Support & Optimisation
Maintenance, CRO and customer experience improvements for stores and custom websites. Use customer data to prioritise changes and increase cart value where there is a clear opportunity.
Discuss your projectThe service
We start with the problems you can see and the evidence available: customer feedback, page behaviour, technical issues and business priorities. Work is agreed in manageable releases, with checks for the existing journeys as well as the new changes. We use relevant customer data and feedback to guide decisions, with privacy and data quality considered throughout. This service is available for existing stores and websites, including those built by another team; you do not need to commission a new build with us.
What is included
Review usability, technical health and available data. Turn the findings into an ordered backlog rather than a list of unrelated recommendations.
Review image weight, scripts, page structure and interaction issues, then implement and measure relevant improvements.
Improve navigation, filtering, product information, forms and other steps that help visitors complete their task.
Scope fixes, dependency or theme work, regression checks and handover. Support arrangements define response expectations and the work included.
Use customer behaviour and available performance data to identify purchase barriers, define hypotheses and measure improvements.
Improve discovery, product information and purchase journeys. Relevant bundles, complementary products and clear choices can support larger baskets where they serve customer needs.

The details
A meaningful experiment needs sufficient traffic and reliable measurement. With smaller volumes, we can use usability findings and carefully measured releases instead of promising statistical certainty.
No. We agree the problem, measures and intended improvement, then review the evidence after release. Commercial results depend on factors beyond the website.
Yes. We review the existing setup and access before agreeing maintenance or further development. The support scope reflects the technology and risks involved.
Response times, availability and urgent work are defined in the support agreement. They are not implied by a general maintenance or optimisation project.
Getting started
Share the current site, known issues, customer feedback and available analytics. We will agree the baseline, priorities and access required before implementation.
